A progressive non-profit organization seeks tenants for its renovated, accessible and climate-controlled green building. The Hub offers 14000 sq. ft of beautiful event space, including a modern fully functioning kitchen. The space is ideal for public and private functions such as: • community & fundraising events, • conferences, workshops & training, • art & photography exhibitions, • rehearsal & performance space, • cooking, arts & crafts classes, • yoga, tai chi & dance and more. Beautifully renovated, very spacious, with lots of natural light, exposed wood beams and brick walls building is located in the heart of Gerrard's retail/commercial strip, minutes from Danforth Greek town, The Beaches and the DVP. Free parking is available after 6 pm. Event space includes: high ceilings, wood floors and ceiling, large windows, pot lights for displaying artwork, art niches. Facilities include: elevator, geo-thermal heating/cooling, electricity, washrooms, internet and a phone line. As an additional feature, we offer a catering service at a very attractive rate.
