Terms and Conditions
Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) is required to secure your date. Balance due on or before the event.
Payment Methods: We accept e-transfer, credit card, cheque, cash or bank transfer.
Performance Time: Standard performance is 2-4 hours (with breaks as required). Additional time available upon request (extra fee may apply).
Setup & Soundcheck: We require access to the venue 2–3 hours before start time for setup and soundcheck.
Travel & Parking: Travel outside the GTA and/or paid parking costs may be billed separately.
Client Responsibility: Venue must provide access to standard power outlets and performance area.
Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of event may be subject to full payment.
Equipment Rentals & Tech Services: Rentals include delivery, setup, and teardown. Damage caused by client/guests is billable.
Song Requests: Must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
