Terms and Conditions
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) is required to secure the booking.
Remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event, before performance or setup begins.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may be subject to up to 100% of the total fee.
Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.
Setup & Teardown
Standard setup time is 1–2 hours before event start (depending on package).
Teardown begins immediately after the event unless otherwise agreed.
Client is responsible for ensuring venue access (including loading, power, and parking).
Equipment Care
Rented equipment must be used responsibly and only by the technician provided (unless otherwise agreed).
Client will be responsible for any damage due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling.
Overtime
Extra time beyond agreed booking may be available at an hourly rate, subject to technician approval and schedule availability.
Travel & Lodging (if applicable)
For events outside the GTA, additional fees for travel, lodging, or per diem may apply.
