Overnight Stays & Extended Events
If your event spans multiple days or you simply want to enjoy more time together, consider staying overnight at Glen Choga Lodge. We offer comfortable accommodations for up to 6 couples in our suites and 2 couples in the Little Bear Cabin. Staying with us lets you extend the joy of your event, waking up in the tranquility of nature and making the most of every moment with your guests.

Terms and Conditions
Event Terms and Conditions at Glen Choga Lodge
Booking & Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event cost is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.
A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking. Availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event Space & Capacity
Event venues: Dining Room (up to 20 guests), Courtyard (up to 30 guests), Event Tent (more than 30 guests).
If guest count exceeds the contracted capacity, an additional fee may apply.
Catering & Food Service
In-house catering is not provided. All catering must be arranged through an approved outside vendor. All catering details must be finalized 14 days prior to the event.
Alcohol may be served but must be arranged with the Lodge, including a licensed bartender for service.
Event Coordinator
An event coordinator is required to ensure smooth event execution. Lodge staff will not handle event setup, breakdown, or cleanup. If additional cleanup is required, extra fees will apply.
Overnight Accommodations
Overnight accommodations are available for up to 6 couples in the Lodge and 2 couples in the Little Bear Cabin.
*A 2-night minimum stay applies to all overnight accommodations.
Setup & Decorations
Event setup is available 3 hours prior to your event. Additional setup or breakdown time can be arranged for a fee.
Decorations must be approved by the Lodge in advance. No nails, staples, or tape are allowed on walls.
Noise & Music
Music must cease by 11:00 PM in consideration of neighboring properties.
All guests should be mindful of noise levels during the event. Excessive noise may result in penalties.
Insurance & Liability
Event insurance is highly recommended. Glen Choga Lodge is not responsible for personal injury or damage to property during the event.
The event host assumes responsibility for any damage to Lodge property or equipment during the event. Damage costs will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event will forfeit the full event balance.
In the rare event that Glen Choga Lodge needs to cancel, a full refund will be issued to the client.
Additional Terms
Parking: Ample parking is available. Valet services may be arranged for larger events.
Pets: Pets are allowed in designated areas but may not enter event spaces unless approved.
Weather: We recommend planning a backup plan for outdoor events due to potential inclement weather.
