Our modern, versatile space is perfect for a variety of intimate events, including baby showers, birthday parties, graduation celebrations, engagement parties, vow renewals, marriage proposals, memorial ceremonies, business meetings, workshops, seminars.

Yes, we require a security deposit of $155 to secure your requested date and time. This deposit is fully refundable after your event, provided the space is left in its original condition.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring in your own food, hire your favorite caterer, and bring your own drinks.
Yes, all setup and cleanup must be completed within your contracted rental hours, so please plan your booking duration accordingly.
To receive your full refund, we ask that you leave the space as you found it. The cleanup checklist includes sweeping the floors, mopping up any spills, taking all trash to the dumpster (including bathrooms), wiping down any kitchen appliances used, stacking 8 chairs per table, keeping curtains open, turning off the lights, and locking up by returning the key to the lockbox.
Yes! We offer several optional add-ons to make your event planning easier, including: 'Ditch the Clean Up' (where we clean up and retain the security deposit), table linen rentals with setup included, customized table and chair arrangement/setup, and a beautiful floral backdrop.
Our space is a blank modern canvas that you can style any way you like. It features kitchen appliances, WiFi, Bluetooth audio capabilities, and is fully ADA accessible.
A couple of hours before your scheduled setup time, you will receive a notification with a unique entry code to access the lockbox on the door.
Yes, our location offers plenty of free parking for you and your guests.

The space was perfect for my daughters graduation party. As soon as we walked into the venue it smelled amazing. Everything was clean and easy to access. The owners were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions that I had. Directions were very specific and easy to understand. The space is perfect for any event. It is also in close proximity of stores, so in the event you forgot something for your event you could quickly walk or drive to the store to grab what you need. We needed ice and were able to walk just a few steps to the store to grab it. What I love most about this venue is that they give back to the community!

This was the perfect space for my best friends bridal shower! The process was simple and all my questions were answered promptly. We had more than enough space, tables and chairs and we loved having the kitchen space with a fridge and microwave. They have everything you could think of like the ability to use the tv made my son’s 1st birthday memorable because we played a slideshow of him growing in the months. They also have a changing table that was clean in the bathroom and they supplied us with the cleaning items once the party was done.

A Space Away was the perfect venue for our family Christmas party that has gotten fairly big over the years. Once I was in contact with the owners, Lauren and Ray they made it very easy to get them the deposit to set up the event. The contract was simple but covered everything. The instructions they left the day of were perfect. They made it just effortless really ,the one thing I really loved, is, besides the fact that it was very clean is that they had a a big TV so we were able to have football on. I did notice they had karaoke machine as well but with our family, we did not bring that out. They had very simple instructions easy to follow and the tables were already set up we could’ve moved them around if we wanted to, but we didn’t need to. I cannot stand setting up tables at a hall and this one the tables were already set up. My rather picky family was already talking about next year. We had used the same different hall for several years in a row and they’re already talking about switching to a Space Away for future Christmas get togethers. I cannot recommend it enough and Lauren and Ray made it less stressful at what is a very stressful time of year. Oh, and it’s not even 24 hours later and I already have my deposit back. 10 out of 10.
