Legal Terms 1. Booking & Deposits A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your private event booking. Deposits are refundable if the event is canceled within 7 days of booking. After 7 days, deposits become non-refundable. Final headcount must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. 2. Event Hours Private events may be hosted during designated hours (4:00 p.m. – Closing) unless otherwise arranged. Events must end promptly at the agreed-upon time to avoid additional fees. 3. Guest Capacity Maximum private event capacity is 40 guests. The host is responsible for ensuring the guest list does not exceed capacity. 4. Food & Beverage Zero Gravity Wine Bar provides wine, beer, sparkling, and non-alcohol packages. No outside alcohol is permitted. Outside food (packaged items, catering, or desserts) may be allowed with prior approval. We reserve the right to deny any outside food that violates licensing regulations. 5. Payment A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event. The remaining balance is due in full at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise arranged. 6. Event Setup & Decorations Hosts and their vendors will be allowed 1 hour of setup time prior to the scheduled event start. Confetti, glitter, or open flames (candles) are not permitted. All décor and personal items must be removed at the end of the event. 7. Liability Zero Gravity Wine Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The host assumes responsibility for any damages to the property during the event. All guests must be 21 years or older with valid ID to consume alcohol. 8. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated event cost. Same-day cancellations or failure to appear may result in charges up to the full event cost. 9. Conduct Zero Gravity Wine Bar reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive. The event may be terminated without refund if guests fail to comply with state alcohol laws or venue policies.
