While planning our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, we looked at 6 other venues. We decided on crescent oaks because of Cassie, the event planner.and the beautiful ballroom. After talking with several other planners, she was the most knowledgeable and experienced. I felt confident that our celebration would go off without a glitch. We look forward to working with her and have our celebration there later this year.

We held our Wedding Ceremony and Reception at Crescent Oaks and everything was absolutely wonderful. Cassie was fantastic and handled every detail from the food to the beautiful decor with ease. The food was excellent and our guests loved the appetizers and amazing charcuterie display by Wendy. Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. I am so happy that I chose Crescent Oaks for our wedding venue.
Cassie was amazing! She answered all of our questions and utilized her expertise to help create a truly magical experience. I had such a great time planning my wedding with Cassie by my side. The food exceeded my expectations and I was glad we could choose from multiple packages to accommodate our budget and needs. The entire Crescent Oaks staff was very cordial and made it such a memorable experience!
I am truly grateful and cannot express the gratitude for the service that was rendered to me from guidance, planning, set up, the delicious food and service received from Cassie, Kala, Slava, and the executive chef Makr Malowskit. My daughter’s Baby Shower was amazing and unforgettable. Thank you for all your help. I couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. Thank you so much! I truly recommend Crescent Oaks for the best experience, a place in celebrating that special day!
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. What an incredible venue and staff! You all were fabulous. The grounds are amazing and perfect for a wedding. The outside ceremony was beautiful. Special call out to Cassie (events catering sales director) who helped us with the wedding tasting (FOOD WAS AMAZING), catering, bar selection, linen colors and chair details. The upgrades we made were so reasonable and incrediby well worth it. The room and outside were BEAUTIFUL. Thanks to the GM's Wendy and Brandon for watching the weather for us like hawks. They were monitoring for us this past Saturday and were sooooo flexible. If a scattered shower were to come through they said they would just have someone wipe down for us and that we could delay ceremony if necessary. IT WASN'T necessary :) and was perfect outside. Thanks to the food and beverage manager and executive chef of food. Mark Malowski. Everyone thought the appetizers and food were amazing!!! Thanks to all the banquet servers (I know two names, Kayla and Renee but I know there were others). You all were soooo good...and of course thanks to our bartenders (Carlene and I don't remember the other name). You all kept the festivities pouring, so MUCH FUN!!!! I highly recommend the liquor upgrade :). Just want you all to know how much I appreciate you and how special you made my son's (and now daughter) special day!!!!!!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENUE. Jacob and I are SO incredibly happy we choose to have our wedding at Crescent Oaks. The food was great!! Exceeded our expectations. The staff during the day of our wedding was wonderful and attentive to our needs. Especially, Carlene she is amazing!! Top notch staff you have there with excellent customer service. Cassie Thomas… there are no words for how grateful Jacob and I both are to have had her every step of the way through the wedding planning process. She was so informative, caring, always answered every question, whether it was from myself or from my in-laws. I can’t help but gush about how lucky we were to have had her. I just felt at ease knowing she was there. She is simply THE BEST!!! If I could give more than 5 stars to Crescent Oaks, I would. We had the absolute best time at our wedding. We had our kids’ baptism reception at Crescent Oaks and had a great experience from start to end. Cassie was wonderful to work with while planning the event, and the reception was beautiful and food was delicious! Would definitely recommend Crescent Oaks to anyone looking for an event space in the area.
Cassie and her team at Crescent Oaks did an amazing job assisting and executing my daughter's graduation party. The communication, recommendations and attention to detail were top notch and I've never planned an easier event! Everything was perfect and seamless! I look forward to working with them again on future parties!
Cassie, Kathy and I can't thank you enough for all that you and your staff did. I have not had so many praises for this reunion, I am still getting complements from all that attended. They all enjoyed the meal and stated how good it was. I swear some of them had to have licked their plates they were so clean. I was leaving and there were still people in the bar. I told the bartender to tell them they had to leave, they had been told we had to be out by 10:00pm. I don't know what she did, but she just smiled and said not to worry. LOL I hope that you and the staff enjoyed your Bundt cakes!! You can use that idea for future events, HA HA! After having to reschedule twice due to the covid. In the end it was ALL worth the wait. Thank you again for all that you and your staff did.
Simply put, there’s no other place I would even consider when planning an event. The group of people there are, no exaggeration, the best to work with, the venue is beautiful and they create an atmosphere that amazes me time after time! From weddings to holiday events, to baby showers, everything in between, I’d would definitely choose Crescent Oaks! My recent event was a celebration of my daughter-in-law getting her Masters in Nursing from USF and Pediatric ARNP certificate! Go online and check out the pictures of this event and many more. This venue is everything in one to make your wedding dreams come to life. They offer a very unique opportunity for those looking for a beautiful wedding experience. The Crescent Oaks team was accommodating, affordable, responsive, and flexible to all our needs.
The team at crescent oaks were absolutely phenomenal! They were always making sure everyone had exactly what they needed and set up the facility beautifully!! There was so much space for guests to mingle and dance around! They even open the porch to guests which made those who were socially distancing due to CoVID super comfortable. I can’t recommend this venue enough. The team and location were perfect. We love golf do getting married on the course was perfect for us. The team was flexible and super accommodating. I loved every aspect of having the wedding there. We had an open bar and a single dinner choice to keep things simple. Everyone complimented us on how delicious the food was and how helpful the team was. It was stunning and perfect.
The Crescent Oaks venue and grounds are absolutely incredible, but the crown jewel is Cassie! She was absolutely AMAZING to work work with! She was so quick to respond to any question or concern I had. I live out of state, so she worked partially with my parents to ensure everything was perfect for the wedding. She kept all of us in the loop about every decision to make sure that we were both happy. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed flawlessly because of the work she had done leading up to the wedding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Cassie deserves it! I highly recommend Crescent Oaks to anyone considering getting married in the Trinity area!
This is the second event we have held at Crescent Oaks. After much research, this will probably be our go-to for all company functions. They make planning easy. They offer suggestions but DO NOT insist that you do things their way. Cassie and Nettie got with me the day of the event to finalize some minor details. They did everything in their power to meet our needs, The kitchen and wait staff were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make certain our guests were happy, even to fixing a last minute special meal. The one drawback this year was an AC malfunction. The staff did everything in their power to make it better. We will be using Crescent Oaks in the future. Beautiful venue. Great staff. Great food. We got a lot of comments about how good the Asiago Chicken and the London Broil is.
Crescent Oaks Country Club was the most amazing place for our wedding reception!! Cassie, the events and catering director, was easy to work with since day one. Being from out of state we completed a virtual tour of Crescent Oaks and we fell in love with Cassie and the rest of the staff from the moment we completed our face time tour. They were ready to accommodate our vision and our budget. Cassie always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and she ALWAYS went above and beyond with our requests. Rich from the catering staff did an OUTSTANDING job on the food. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully! Rich even helped us create a signature drink that was a HUGE hit among our guests. The venue itself was exactly what we had envisioned for our reception venue...classic, elegant, and cozy. We LOVED how the ballroom had a beautiful view of the golf course, it had a perfect size dance floor, and plenty of space. Our wedding was about 150 people and everyone enjoyed the venue. The Venue did not disappoint and neither did the staff! We also enjoyed how well the Crescent Oaks staff worked with our other vendors. It truly was a perfect venue! Thank you Crescent Oaks for making our wedding dreams come true!!!
Fun, friendly, responsive, helpful and creative staff. Beautiful venue. Inviting atmosphere. Perfect space. Delicious food. Tasty beverages. Great location that's central to the greater Tampa Bay Area. My party was pure perfection - definitely the best night of my life!
