Our Mission at Crescent Oaks is to exceed your expectations and make your event planning a simplified and memorable one. It would be a pleasure to earn your business. We want to provide you with a warm and relaxing event planning process. Crescent Oaks Country Club is a 10,000 square foot newly remodeled rustic Mediterranean charming clubhouse, and you do not have to be a member to host and event. We have three different ballroom options to choose from depending on the size room you will need. In addition to our ballrooms we offer a screened in lanai, covered veranda, and a bridal suite for the day of your wedding. We have a Food and Beverage Minimum requirement for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We also have flexibility to accommodate you during the weekend- day and weekdays. Our food and beverage minimums simply mean this is the minimum amount that a potential client must spend in catering in order to secure the ballroom or event space. When you sign our contract you are locking in on your space, date, time, and agreeing to the room rental and food and beverage minimum only. You can decide on your menu selections when you are comfortable. Room rentals alone include 5 hour event time for weddings and 4 hours event time for non-weddings. Room rentals include set up, break down, clean up, banquet chairs, tables, standard white or black table linens and napkins, glassware, silverware, and china. Our catering team goes above and beyond with you in mind to create something either traditional or out of the ordinary. Our experienced bartenders can make drink recommendations to your guests. We know not every day you are planning a wedding. We work with you to understand the ins and outs of the wedding world so you can put your mind at ease and have peace of mind you are in good hands. It will seem as if you are planning with an old friend. We offer a beautiful property with two locations for ceremony and event space. Floor to Ceiling Ballroom window views Guest can admire the beautiful Florida sunsets and wildlife right from their table. Our Grand Foyer Perfect place for your cocktail and mingle hour for guests along with a new upgraded bar with choice color LED lighting. Covered Ceremony Location During the rainy season you can make use of our covered veranda. The veranda can hold up to 220 guests covered. Complimentary tastings After booking, the couple receives a tasting at no charge. At the tasting we will display your linen color choices so you can visualize what your reception will be like. Golf Carts Complimentary up to three carts for your wedding photos to be taken at our beautiful bridges and water ways through the property. Choose your own vendors Regardless if listed on our preferred vendor list. Detailed venue and floor plan logistics All of your selected wedding details that are related to the venue from catering, linens, chairs, and any specialty rentals. We help keep you organized. Cassie, Kathy and I can't thank you enough for all that you and your staff did. I have not had so many praises for this reunion, I am still getting complements from all that attended. They all enjoyed the meal and stated how good it was. I swear some of them had to have licked their plates they were so clean. I was leaving and there were still people in the bar. I told the bartender to tell them they had to leave, they had been told we had to be out by 10:00pm. I don't know what she did, but she just smiled and said not to worry. LOL I hope that you and the staff enjoyed your Bundt cakes!! You can use that idea for future events, HA HA! After having to reschedule twice due to the covid. In the end it was ALL worth the wait. The group of people there are, no exaggeration, the best to work with, the venue is beautiful and they create an atmosphere that amazes me time after time! From weddings to holiday events, to baby showers, everything in between, I’d would definitely choose Crescent Oaks! The team at crescent oaks were absolutely phenomenal! They were always making sure everyone had exactly what they needed and set up the facility beautifully!! There was so much space for guests to mingle and dance around! They even open the porch to guests which made those who were socially distancing due to CoVID super comfortable. I can’t recommend this venue enough. The team and location were perfect. We love golf do getting married on the course was perfect for us. The team was flexible and super accommodating. I loved every aspect of having the wedding there. We had an open bar and a single dinner choice to keep things simple. Everyone complimented us on how delicious the food was and how helpful the team was. It was stunning and perfect.

The Crescent Oaks venue and grounds are absolutely incredible, but the crown jewel is Cassie! She was absolutely AMAZING to work work with! She was so quick to respond to any question or concern I had. I live out of state, so she worked partially with my parents to ensure everything was perfect for the wedding. She kept all of us in the loop about every decision to make sure that we were both happy. On the day of the wedding, everything flowed flawlessly because of the work she had done leading up to the wedding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Cassie deserves it! I highly recommend Crescent Oaks to anyone considering getting married in the Trinity area!

This is the second event we have held at Crescent Oaks. After much research, this will probably be our go-to for all company functions. They make planning easy. They offer suggestions but DO NOT insist that you do things their way. Cassie and Nettie got with me the day of the event to finalize some minor details. They did everything in their power to meet our needs, The kitchen and wait staff were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make certain our guests were happy, even to fixing a last minute special meal. The one drawback this year was an AC malfunction. The staff did everything in their power to make it better. We will be using Crescent Oaks in the future. Beautiful venue. Great staff. Great food. We got a lot of comments about how good the Asiago Chicken and the London Broil is.

Crescent Oaks Country Club was the most amazing place for our wedding reception!! Cassie, the events and catering director, was easy to work with since day one. Being from out of state we completed a virtual tour of Crescent Oaks and we fell in love with Cassie and the rest of the staff from the moment we completed our face time tour. They were ready to accommodate our vision and our budget. Cassie always responded to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and she ALWAYS went above and beyond with our requests. Rich from the catering staff did an OUTSTANDING job on the food. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully! Rich even helped us create a signature drink that was a HUGE hit among our guests. The venue itself was exactly what we had envisioned for our reception venue...classic, elegant, and cozy. We LOVED how the ballroom had a beautiful view of the golf course, it had a perfect size dance floor, and plenty of space. Our wedding was about 150 people and everyone enjoyed the venue. The Venue did not disappoint and neither did the staff! We also enjoyed how well the Crescent Oaks staff worked with our other vendors. It truly was a perfect venue! Thank you Crescent Oaks for making our wedding dreams come true!!!
