The property at River Creek Lodge has belonged to the Johnson family since the 1940s. What was once a horse farm has now been transformed into a beautiful rustic, private lake front wedding venue nestled in the countryside in Stony Point, NC along the Yadkin River. With nearly 150 acres and three separate wedding locations on site, River Creek Lodge is able to accommodate a variety of wedding sizes and styles. The venue was established in 2012 and still continues to grow more every year! It began with the beautiful timber framed Lodge that sits secluded on a wooded hill overlooking a private lake. The Stables were then renovated into an indoor/outdoor versatile wedding destination that connects to the open-air Pavilion. The Amphitheater and Pavilion is the newest addition at River Creek Lodge that provides a secluded, riverside wedding location. River Creek Lodge is not exclusive to weddings. They also raise and sell grass-fed Black Angus beef and will soon be home to the River Creek Greenhouses.
