Our venue offers an intimate second floor dining balcony that you and your special someone can enjoy while overlooking your party, a beautiful bridal suite and separate grooms quarters. Our floorplan is perfect to host your wedding as the bride and her bridesmaids can get ready upstairs while the groom and his men can get ready in a separate room downstairs or in the barn. No matter where the groom choses to get ready, he will have access to go outside and mingle with the rest of the party without the risk of seeing the bride. When the bride is ready, all doors will be closed to ensure she is not seen before she makes her grand entrance. The Colonial Manor has 6 first floor French doors with a full-length back porch which makes this venue a truly unique indoor/ outdoor entertainment space for your special day. We have multiple flat areas on our land so you can choose exactly where you want to have your ceremony and reception. No matter where you choose to have your party, you will have a background of colonial columns, beautiful apple and pear trees, and maybe a family of deer. Pets Welcome!
