This venue is superb. The setting is gorgeous, the room was perfect. Donny and Kyle were so great to work with - very kind and accommodating. We had our church’s 25th anniversary banquet and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The food was delicious, hot, and plentiful. It was served right on time. A special shoutout to the banquet ladies who helped us. I can’t remember both names, one was Renae. What a couple of gems! Sharon was also very helpful. In summary I can’t praise or recommend Redhawk enough. I would choose them for any event without hesitation.

Our shower of 40 people was so perfect. I got several comments on the beautiful venue, comfortable surroundings and great service. 'They were on it' when describing the service staff! The food was great, the placement of everything was perfect and when I forgot our tripod for our welcome sign, the staff even found a perfect white one for us to use. They provided trash bags for the wrapping paper and was willing and did whatever we asked which wasn't a lot, but a couple critical things. Donny was great is my many 'suggestions' and put it all together very well. Thank You All! Loved it!

Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor—our guests are still talking about it! But what truly set the experience apart was the staff. Overall, I am pleased with the event at Red Hawk. The event planners were easy to work with, and informed. The event staff was great, especially the bartender. Great Guy. There is no way that anyone could have known ahead that the weather would turn nasty. However, Red Hawk, being in Nevada, could have been better prepared for it. Additional heaters would have helped. Also, the tall heaters, with the flames may be pretty, but they were useless. The event ended much sooner than planned because people could not get warm. Please purchase more of the appropriate heaters so that this does not happen to any other of your clients. Also, a preemptive move could have been made, being prepared for more coffee, since it was what people drank to stay warm. We ran out early on, and had to wait for more. In conclusion, I like Red Hawk for a venue. Well done! I would recommend Red Hawk to others.

I could write a million and one things about how much we love Red Hawk. My fiancé and I got married on September 28, 2024. We were originally supposed to get married in Galena, but due to the Davis Fire we had to replan our whole wedding day, in just three short weeks. Red Hawk was more than accommodating, and helped us every step of the way. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Events Team (Stephanie and Donny). From the second we called them to even after the wedding, they were incredibly responsive and never stopped communicating. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and made sure that our day went as smooth as possible. Stephanie and Donny never left our side. Whenever we asked for something or felt anxious, they were there in a heart beat. They made our day spectacular. Originally we didn’t have a wedding planner, and we are so glad that after we had to change venues, we had Stephanie and Donny. They helped us set up our venue, they helped guide us during our rehearsal, and the wedding day they were right by our side every step of the way. Not only did they help us with the big things, but they were also amazing with the small details too. Stephanie made sure that my husband and I sat down to enjoy the amazing meal they provided us. They made sure the timing of our ceremony was perfect, they communicated with our DJ to make sure our grand entrance went perfect, and they even helped our bridal party at the snap of a finger. They communicated with all of our vendors to make sure our change went as smoothly as possible, and even after the wedding they were still communicating to make sure we received all of our decorations back. If you’re thinking about getting married at Red Hawk, I couldn’t recommend a more perfect venue. Almost every single one of our guests said it was the most amazing wedding they had ever been to, and I truly don’t think it would have been half as amazing without this team of individuals making it perfect. Their suggestions were in recognition of my hopes and needs. Once the plans were in place, they assured me that all would be as envisioned. The private dining room was decorated very nicely for Christmas. All the tables were set as discussed as were the extra amenities we asked for. Having the full bar with bartender was very nice. The entire staff was pleasant, accomodating and professional. We are a non-profit so it was important to find something nice but also something that we could afford. Red Hawk did that for us.

I had a celebration of life event for my Son. At the Red Hawk golf resort in the Sun Porch room in August. I have to say that the staff and services that were provided made the event very successful. The staff were the most dedicated staff I have ever seen. They were there throughout the event to make sure everyone got everything they needed . The food was great and the bar service excellent. Pretty venue — An Eventective User

We had a catered 50 guest event at David's grill owner's room and snack bar area which accommodated guests either inside or outside. Inside was lovely with a long bar and fireplace. We had 4 rounds of 10 inside and lots of outside tables available for those who wanted to be outside. The staff was wonderful and gave good service. The hor d'ourves were nothing special but we supplemented with a couple of items we brought in. Overall would reccommend this venue.

I have held a formal banquet for my college marching band through Red Hawk before and I am so glad I went back to them for my next event. I wanted to host an adult prom for all my friends in their 20s and Red Hawk made it so easy! From booking a time to see spaces, easy paperwork and logistics, quick replies for communication, to even last minute adjustments for tables and chairs the whole process was so smooth. Love the people at Red Hawk, highly suggest it for any event you want to host, even for something as silly as an adult prom!

I don’t think anyone else could have made our day better. Stephanie at Redhawk was our wedding planner, day of coordinator, officiant, babysitter, therapist, you name it she was on top of it. The day Anthony I met her, we both thought she was so kick ass and she took all the stress off of the wedding planning, she was a slam dunk to be the person to bind us forever. Her team went above and beyond before, during, and after the whole wedding process. Whatever I wanted they made it happen! Who else’s wedding officiant was ready to throw hands on their behalf ? If there were more than 5 stars I would give Red Hawk as many as possible! Everything from the beginning was easy at Red Hawk. Stephanie was great to work with, her and the staff at Red Hawk catered to all of our needs up until the wedding day. We chose Red Hawk because of the beautiful ceremony space and reception area, and because we had the flexibility to do whatever we wanted. One huge plus that we loved here was the flexibility with the bar. We were able to host an open bar based on consumption, so we only paid for what our guests ordered. The food was delicious and the chef and his team did a fantastic job. A huge plus was staying at the on-site villas for getting ready the day of the wedding and for staying there the night of the wedding. Helpfulness of Staff: Very friendly and helpful. They were not at all stressful to work with. They were also helpful with recommending a DJ and our photo booth people said they love doing events there. Food: Red Hawk caters their own events and that's fine because the food was excellent. Price: Wedding venues are pricey and that's all there is to it, but I'd say that we got excellent value for what we paid. The food and alcohol accounted for most of the bill. Appearance: The venue has multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. In late October, when we had our wedding, the fall leaves looked awesome. The event center was a good size and they had a good setup for easily hanging our lights (which they did for us). Other Things Worth Mentioning: The Villas are nine rooms located on the property. Our package included a two night stay in the largest one, which was more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. We rented out all the rooms for our wedding party and it was super convenient. I would strongly recommend doing that.

The service was great, food was excellent and everything was ready on time. The only suggestion would be improved instructions as to the location. It was confusing when you drive up and there is an event center, thinking it could be in the event center rather than the club house. While trying to have a large fundraising banquet in the middle of Covid restrictions, Red Hawk was able to jump on board with us immediately when restrictions began to lift. Besides being helpful and easy to work with while the country dealt with the disease, they have an energetic and friendly staff who cater to our guests, with a great looking venue too. We've held our events at casino ballrooms before, but Red Hawk charges a ton less than them, for a much better package. I also get compliments on the food after our events, and the smoked tri-tip is always our go-to in case you're looking for ideas!
