Enjoy a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by flowers and framed by the Rocky Mountains, or maybe you’ve always dreamed of descending a magnificent staircase before greeting your groom. Our Garden Area or Grand Ball Room ceremonies at Magnolia Grove are both excellent choices for your wedding.
Wedding Ceremonies can be added to any package:
Grand Ballroom: $495 with a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests
Garden Ceremony: $650 with a maximum seating capacity of 200 guests
Ceremony Only: If you are interested in a ceremony only, the building will be available between the hours of 10:00 – 2:00 p.m. for a 1 ½ hour time block. Chairs, rehearsal, music selection and wedding coordinator are included at a cost of $950 for the garden area and $750 for the grand ballroom. No food is allowed.
Venue, Gardens & Parking from 4:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
Customized three tier Buttercream Wedding Cake, Guest Book and use of the following:
Seating for 98 guests at 12 Tables, (Magnolia Grove can seat up to 270 people inside see MG rep for details) Choice of Linen Color, Centerpiece, Dance floor, Grand Player Piano, Background Music System, TV/DVD Players, Speaker unit and microphone with bluetooth connection, Wedding Consultant, Event Hostess and full kitchen staff, Set-up/clean-up, Cake knife & server, Easels, and Tables for displays
If you should need more tables than the 12 that come standard in all packages, they can be added for an additional charge of $35.00 for inside set up and $45.00 for outside set up.
