What a superb job! Our association is located in CO and each year we hold our annual conference in a different region of the US. If you are looking for a first-rate meeting/conference venue in the Northeast, this is it. Kristie and Stacie, and especially the AV crew (who saved our collective necks) are the most professional venue staff we've ever worked with. The attendees are still sending us thank-you letters and our employees had a great time. Most importantly, our Board was impressed and that is critical. Our sponsors were delighted, and overall, all parties concerned agreed that it was the best conference we've ever had. Service during the breakouts was superb; nothing was left to chance and we never had to ask for one thing. Everything was paid attention to. One of the bylaws meetings ran late, holding up the dinner service, but they came through without one complaint, one cold dish. Amazing. Everyone - from the GM to the cleaning staff - was polite and professional. The floral arrangements we ordered were perfect, and the long list of AV requirements we had was followed to a tee. We required a rather complex wi-fi setup with extra routers and so forth for an on-site working group and Eugene and the AV team he has assembled understood exactly what we needed and had it set up within a matter of minutes. The prices were very competitive, though not the cheapest, but I felt the value we received was tremendous. I hope we have the chance to hold our conference there again, very soon.
