Rental Rates Friday $800 2pm-9pm Saturday $800 8am-2pm OR 3pm-9pm Sunday $600 11am-2pm OR 3pm-9pm 8am – 2pm Access at 8am if we do not have a Saturday wedding. Monday to Thursday $600 6 hours ending by 9pm • Additional time can be added for $150 per hour. • All times include set up and take down. Options: • Fire pit we provide wood and light. Add $150. • Tablecloths can be rented with white or Black linen for $10.00 each. • For dancing the lower level needs to be added $300 What we include: • Main level, tables, and chairs seating 8 per table. • Refrigerator in the lower level. • ADA accessible. • The Stable is air conditioned and heated, rest rooms. • Open Vendor Policy bring in your own food or cater. • Bring your own beer and wine.
