Overseeing the setup of the ceremony and reception spaces, managing the processional and recessional, and coordinating the grand entrance.
Problem Solving:
Handling any unexpected issues or hiccups that may arise during the day, acting as the point person for all questions and concerns.
Guest Assistance:
Guiding guests, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Setup and Breakdown:
Overseeing the setup of decorations, guest book, favors, and other personal items, as well as coordinating the breakdown and cleanup at the end of the event.
Emergency Preparedness:
Having an emergency kit on hand to address any minor issues that may arise.
