At Lavender Leaf, our goal is to make your event an amazing experience! Whether it be your wedding ceremony and/or reception, bridal or baby shower, retirement party, birthday party, or graduation, we've got what you need! We specialize in taking your ideas, and making them come alive for your special day!

- Up to 20 round (60") guest tables with linens, runners, charger plates and napkins
- Black wooden folding chairs with padded seats
- 48” round cake table with linen
- Two cocktail tables with linens
- Up to 10 rectangle tables (8') (buffet tables, gift, bridal party, etc.), and linens
- One backdrop for cake table
- One backdrop for bridal table
- Use of any of our house centerpieces (several to choose from)
- Access to two dressing rooms
- Access to kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, sink and microwave
- Access to gazebo for pictures or ceremony
o PLEASE NOTE - if you wish to have an outdoor ceremony, additional chairs will need to be rented.
We set up, decorate, and tear down all of the above mentioned tables, chairs, linens and décor for you! All you need to do is take all trash off tables and take the garbage to the dumpster.

Jim Miller Hall is conveniently located at 10609 Watterson Trail, in the heart of Jeffersontown. It is the perfect location for your event. This historic church building can comfortably accommodate your guests. The large stained glass windows make beautiful backgrounds for your pictures. There is a kitchen for food preparation by you or the caterer of your choice. Alcohol is allowed with moderate consumption, however, you can not sell it! Smoking is prohibited in the building. Tables and chairs are provided for parties of up to 150-200 guests. Ample parking is available.
The large kitchen includes two refrigerators, upright freezer, stove, microwave above the stove as well as a food warmer to keep your food warm until it is time to serve it.
200 white fan back chairs, multiple 6 foot tables and 2 round 6 foot tables to use for cake table, wedding party, gift table, etc. are also available for your use. We recently repaired some of the stained glass windows to maintain the beauty of this historic building.
For 2018, Jim Miller Hall rents for $1000 for Saturdays,(2019 price: $1100) from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM. You may rent the day before, if available, for an additional $100 (2019 price: $150) access to the facility beginning at noon. We require a $250, nonrefundable, Reservation Deposit when we sign the lease to hold the hall exclusively for you. We require a standard $200.00 damage deposit, just prior to your event, which can be secured with a credit or debit card, cash, money order or certified or cashier's check, when you receive a key code to the hall.
Are you interested in a historic setting for your event? Jim Miller Hall is a real treasure! The cornerstone was laid on July 3, 1833. After a fire destroyed the original building, the new building was dedicated on September 8, 1895. It was purchased by the Thoroughbred Chorus in 1981. The building was known as Thoroughbred Hall until recently when the Thoroughbreds renamed the building after Director Emeritus Jim Miller who led the Thoroughbred Chorus to 6 of their 7 International Championship wins.

Lakeside Reflections is a one-of-a-kind facility offering ONE-STOP service to Louisville and Southern Indiana. Located in Jeffersonville, Indiana we are just moments from downtown Louisville and the Interstate. The grounds include a beautiful private & lush 11 acre lake & fountain with a sweet white gazebo overlooking one side of our lake, perfect for outdoor weddings. We also have a large pavilion overlooking our beautiful lake which can seat over 200 guests for an outdoor wedding. We have three unique rooms, the Fountain Room, The Lakeside Room & our Main Room that can be used separately or together to provide seating for up to 500 guests. Our in-house catering and professional staff will assist you with every detail. This is our more formal venue.
We also have Nick's Museum of Treasures on the other side of our lake, This is our more rustic venue full of wonderful pieces of local history that makes for a fun environment & creates unique photo opportunities. The Museum can seat up to 230 guests and has a large patio overlooking our beautiful lake , perfect for an outdoor wedding ceremony. You can hire the Museum and bring in outside caterers & don't forget our servers and bartenders are included in our full room rental prices along with all linens, chair covers & table center pieces or we can do everything for you including set up, clean up, DJ, cater and more and create your stress free best day ever.
