Both barns were re-designed to give the elegance and prestige of the Triple Crown Races; the Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont. Fitted with custom cupolas on the roofs, stained rafters, rustic bronze chandeliers and fixtures, marbled concrete floors, ceiling fans and convenient side doors to regulate air flow during the event; every detail was thoughtfully created and engineered. We offer a 2-day Saturday rental includes use of our Barn venue the Friday before your wedding from 3pm- 8pm to setup, decorate, and host a rehearsal, and Saturday open 2 hours prior to your wedding/reception with an hour cleanup time until midnight. The investment is $4,350 The rental does includes seating for 150...We have 150 fruitwood chairs with cream seats and 8 - 60" round tables walnut stained and farm tables 6 - 5' and 5- 10', cake table,gift table and 7' buffet table and sweetheart table.
