About the Videographer
Greg Sorenson was raised in Kansas City and graduated from Kansas State University with a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering. He has worked as an Engineer in the service industry since 1998 and has focused on product design and quality control. He started Sorenson Videography after getting married in 2006 because he realized the power in wedding videos for creating lasting memories.
The mission of Sorenson Videography is to provide professional quality audio and video that provide a lifetime of valuable memories. I believe the combination of professional audio and video is best way to relive memories of truly special events. After watching your childhood videos, you will agree that videos bring back more memories than pictures. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million pictures.
My brother and I have been working together since 2006 to develop synergies among photography and videography that will save you time and money on your wedding day. Our teamwork approach will provide you with a very organized wedding day that results in a better final product that combines audio, video, and portraits at a very competitive price. If you are looking for both photography and videography for your upcoming wedding, you will not find a better team than Sorenson Videography and Sorenson Photography in the Kansas City area.
There are several aspects that make a wedding video great.. From lip gloss to the limo, we have the experience to capture memories that last a lifetime. All wedding videos include three chapters: A Prelude, Ceremony, and a Reception. This popular trio makes a great combination because each chapter has its own individual character. The Prelude is edited with a spiritual overtone that brings together the precious moments just before the wedding while the Ceremony starts off with an exciting entrance by the bride followed by your vows, exchanging of rings, and the declaration as a couple. The Reception finishes the video with several upbeat happy memories of your cake cutting, toasts, first dances, and the guarter and bouquet tosses. Requests for additional chapters can usually be added at no additional cost as long as it fits on one DVD.
