About Crockett Farm

The original timbers and elegant proportions of the barn’s open, airy space create a rich setting for weddings. The surrounding fields provide an enchanted setting for elegant garden weddings, receptions and special occasions. The farmhouse provides a backdrop for stunning group photos, and the upper field provides plenty of vehicle parking, though rideshare is encouraged. The main floor has ample room for up to 200 guests to dance the night away. The downstairs part of the Crockett Barn is were cocktail hour is hosted it opens onto the lower patio with more of a wine cellar atmosphere. The Guesthouse is available for lodging! The house features five guestrooms, each with its own bathroom, a library and dining room which guests can enjoy.

Here's the 2024 info for Crockett Farm: The most we can accommodate at Crockett Farm is 200 guests, we host weddings at Crockett Farm from May through October, and it is for a 1 full day rental at Crockett Farm (Saturday or Sunday). Our package at Crockett Farm includes all set up, break down, wedding coordination, tables, and chairs, we are very hands on! We like our couples to relax on their special day and let us take care of all the hard work. Crockett Farm has really great spacious, barn space, an intimate cocktail area in the lower barn and a gorgeous water view from the ceremony site. The off season 2024 rate for May & October is $6500 plus tax for a Saturday or $5500 plus tax for a Sunday, the 2024 rate for June-September is $8000 plus tax for a Saturday or $6500 plus tax for a Sunday (round tables, reception chairs and ceremony chairs are included). There is a guesthouse located on the farm grounds, 2 nights stay is $1750 plus tax, it sleeps up to 12 guests. Saturday wedding gets priority booking for the guesthouse. Fee includes: o Access to Crockett Farm grounds for 1 full day (12:00pm-10:00pm) o Access to Crockett Farm for coordinated rehearsal on Friday o Wedding coordination to include: wedding coordinator and assistant for coordination of all vendors involved in event such as caterer, photographer, cake, band, etc. o Day-of coordination from vendor arrival and first look to overseeing ceremony, reception to departure of bride and groom. o Round tables (60 inch) for reception. Farm tables are available for an additional cost o White wood padded folding chairs for ceremony and reception o String lights inside o Bistro chairs and tables set up through out venue o Lawn games (bocce, bean bag toss, ladder golf and giant Jenga) o All set-up/break-down of the venue (including all tables and chairs, guest sign in area tables, etc. and general clean-up) o Parking (parking provided for 200 guests) o Dedicated staff for day of to ensure everything runs as planned! Here are a few more details: -You must have a licensed professional caterer, we prefer to work with caterers who are familiar with the farm, we provide a preferred vendor list once our couples book, but we are open to food trucks, etc. please check with us first before booking -You must have 2 licensed bartenders $550 each (provided by us, not included in the venue fee), only one bartender is needed if total guest count is under 100 guests. -You can bring in your own alcohol -You must have a banquet permit ($10), there is NO corkage fee -You must have liabiliy insurance, approximately $150 -Use of our mismatched china or white china and barware/glassware is an additional fee. -You are allowed to have a DJ or live band. -There is a noise ordinance in Island County at 10:00pm so we have to be finished by this time, and everyone (guests and vendors) must be off the farm. Guests typically arrive at 3:30pm for a 4:00pm ceremony so they have plenty of time to enjoy a full day at the venue.
