Our rental packages include full use of the venue, along with tables, chairs, and tablecloths (available in black or white) to accommodate up to 100 guests.
The Ruby Loft offers an intimate, rustic setting that comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests. For larger celebrations, our sister property, The Red Oak Venue, can host up to 250 guests.
Your desired date is locked in once a signed contract is completed and a 50% deposit is received.
Absolutely. You are free to bring in your preferred caterers, photographers, and other vendors to personalize your day. They simply need to be licensed and insured. We are also happy to provide a list of local recommendations upon request.

The Red Oak Venue is designed for larger events and features 40+ acres with a Great Lawn, trails through the woods, an expansive loft, rustic reception area with wet bar, and air conditioned bridal suite and groom's quarters.
The Ruby Loft is an authentic, historic barn. We have barn fans to offset the summer heat. Because it is a real barn, it can get chilly during the cooler months, so we advise couples and their guests to plan and dress accordingly for seasonal temperatures.
