Payment Terms:
1. $100.00 non-refundable deposit to place a hold on your event date. Deposit will be deducted from your balance due.
2. 50% of the estimated cost is due upon booking. The amount will be deducted from your final payment of balance due on the day of your event.
3. Balance due the day of your event.
To Finalize Booking:
Accept your proposal and book your catering/event by replying to the proposal email with “Approved” and indicate what payment form you would like to use for booking. Your catering/event is not considered booked until the 50% deposit is paid.

Final Numbers:
Your guaranteed minimum guest count for your event is due one week prior to your event date. The number given at that time will be the guaranteed number for payment. Your balance due will be based on the guaranteed booking number and cannot be lowered once the final count has been given one week prior.
