Need some help, little help or not sure where to start?
This package is perfect for you! This package includes up to 7 hours of consultation (regularly 5hrs).
Hourly consultation is only valid prior to event for day of wedding check out the "Day of" Coordination.
Time can be used by phone, text or email as well as a venue visit for ideas (travel rates apply).

Restriction: Monday through Friday, Business hours 9am-5pm. Weekends and after hours double the rate. Additional hours available as a discounted bundle. Nonrefundable, no credits.

Calling all vendors the week before to confirm services and ensure they know location address and times

Rehearsal Ceremony Assistance
Arriving Early to ensure that Setup is Correct
Setting up items such as favors, toast glasses, guest book, escort cards, etc…
Assistance in assigning tasks and verifying completion of them
Receiving Deliveries and Greeting Vendors on Wedding Day

Cueing Music for Ceremony
