Our recent event at this venue was a positive experience overall, and we were pleased with how things turned out. While we encountered a few challenges throughout event, the team consistently provided support and worked with us to ensure everything stayed on track. We also appreciated the applied discount, which was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. The food quality received great feedback from our attendees, and the hotel rooms were well-received as well—clean, comfortable, and convenient for our guests. The sales team was especially easy to work with, making communication smooth and helping us navigate details without difficulty. During the event, the banquet staff on both days delivered excellent service, staying attentive, professional, and responsive to our needs. Their effort played a big role in the success of the event. If there is one area for improvement, it would be the audio and visual setup, which could benefit from enhancements for future events. Despite that, we had a smooth overall experience and would recommend this venue to others. We look forward to returning in the future.
Seamless Event Experience — An Eventective User from Lenexa, Kansas
Our office hosted its annual compliance meeting at Hotel Zessa for our West Coast employees, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, I worked closely with Caroline B., Caroline C., and April, who were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. The event ran seamlessly, with no AV issues and excellent sound and presentation quality. The only minor challenge we encountered was a brief airport shuttle delay due to driver availability; however, the hotel promptly arranged complimentary shuttles, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with the event space, and the guest rooms were clean and well maintained. We would gladly host future events at Hotel Zessa.
