The WDPAC is a 490 seat historic theatre in the heart of Sanford, FL. This venue is perfect for corporate presentations and productions, with video/movie capability and an incredible sound system. The historic charm will truly impress your guests and employees as we roll out the red carpet and have your name on the lit marquee. Attached to the theatre is a rehearsal room (The Annex) that doubles as a party hall that can comfortably fit 50 people for a seated dinner or 70 for casual standing room. This room can be rented alone or added as a prep room or VIP room to your theatre rental. Rates are available for theatre, Annex or both.
Concessions with snacks, sodas, full liquor bar with beer and wine are in the theatre stocked and sold by our personnel.
VIP lounge is available in the theatre upstairs, fitting only 25 people.
Parking is restricted to street parking only and a few free lots around the theatre.
Annex space is available for parties (bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, family reunions, etc) and meetings (workshops, study groups, classes, art shows, etc).
$200 rental is based on an 8 hour rental. Full day rental (24 hrs) is $300. 12 Tables and up to 70 chairs included in rental.
Buffet dinner party capacity is 60. Standing party can fit up to 80.

A Meeting or presentation is a private event open to only those in your organization and requires minimal tech or prep, generally utilizing the projector for a video presentation and a couple microphones for speakers.

This venue is a professional ballroom dance studio with hardwood floors. Immaculate and classy, smoke-free facility... with large disco ball, mirrors, light-up bar/refreshment area. Lights can be dimmed for ambience. We provide tables and chairs. We offer options like decorating and DJ, or you may provide your own. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or caterer.
