Newly updated Clubhouse in the Sanora Subdivision in Sanford Florida. Includes full kitchen, men and woman restrooms. The clubhouse can accommodate up to 100 people including servers. Rentals include 7 round tables, 14 retangle tables and 110 chairs. Dates requested are not secured into deposit payment is made. Rental hours are from 8 am to 11 pm. WIFI free available. Ask about the discounted weekly rates. There is a $300.00 refundable deposit and a $50.00 sanitation fee. The Clubhouse rents for $80.00 an hour with a 4-hour minimum Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Pool access availability and pool associate memberships for your household available.

Retirement Celebration

We had a “Retirement Celebration” and the venue was a great place to have it. Very spacious, accessible to the kitchen, great setup counter area, great parking. We had a blast and everything turned out great.
