Our upstairs space is perfect for a family gathering, birthday party, networking, or holiday party! The Athena Room fits around 100 people and also includes, 2 balconies, restrooms, chairs, banquet tables and PA equipment. The stage is not mobile, but perfect for a presentation or performance! Also included in your rental is our conference room that seats 8 and includes a large TV screen for presentations. Rent upstairs or the Conf. Room during standard open hours, or our entire building space can be rented for evening activities (after 5pm) where you can theme the space for your event. With a full bar option available to add on, as well as basic kitchen facilities, you can present your guests with a personalized experience. No outside alcohol is allowed. Outside catering is allowed, please ask your event manager for recommendations! For breakfast coffee and pastries, or lunch and coffee packages, and in between snacks - we can do it all. Wonderful Venue! — An Eventective User
We had my dad's Celebration of Life at Athena Beans event space. It turned out beautifully. The space was equipped with a projector and screen that worked great for our picture video and a microphone we used for sharing memories. Mark was easy to work with and had the tables/chairs set up before we arrived. About 75 people attended and the space was very adequate. There was some noise from the coffee shop below but not enough to be too distracting. I would highly recommend this space.
Great event room! — An Eventective User
Lovely fun space and very accommodating to other catering or personal food. Sound system East to attach to. Perfect for our buffet open house.
