From conception, The Pearl has teamed up with some of the Bay Area’s top event industry players – Bi-Rite Catering, Got Light, and Bright Event Rentals – to create a space with both form and function in mind. Offering guests in-house versatility that goes beyond the expectations of any private venue space, The Pearl provides the perfect backdrop for your vision. Built in 2016 from the vestiges of an old iron and boiler works shop, its industrial aesthetic owes much of its design to local sculpture artist and venture partner, Alexis Laurent. Laurent’s bespoke artwork is elegantly showcased throughout the building’s interior, illustrating his zealous passion for urban landscapes. Accommodating up to 700 guests, the novel multi-level space is ideal for hosting weddings, corporate events, meetings, fundraisers, and much more. It proudly features a main room adorned with soaring 31-foot cedar clad ceilings and original interior cranes converted into floating gardens that hang in the airspace above. The Pearl also features a mezzanine, a fully equipped in-house catering kitchen, and a top notch in-house bar program featuring the finest selections of local beer, wine, and premium spirits.

Studio 333 was voted best venue in the bay area to host an event. We are a full service event gallery that has over 4,000 sq. ft. of event space. Gallery rental includes: indoor and outdoor event space, dance floor, pool table, lounge rooms, tables/chairs, bar, coolers, full kitchen, garden courtyard and large monitor with projector. We also offer in house catering, DJ and a professional photographer available at reasonable rates. You are welcome to bring in your own catering, photographer and band. Clients have also hired "Food Trucks" in the past to set up in the garden area. The gallery can seat 130 guests for a sit down dinner and over 200 people for a buffet style dinner or cocktail party. Studio 333 staff members must be hired to work the event as bartenders/clean up crew and on site coordinator.
