We provide lighting, visual projection, staging, tents, tables, seating, staffing, props and all sorts services for social occasions, special events, private parties, charity fundraisers, corporate meetings to weddings and swinging soirees. Our Oakland HQ & work studio has 1000's of items for event production, many crafted in-house by skilled artisans to bring uniquely executed original accents to your special event.

With our Pro Services division, Crate AV can come to your venue and execute your event. While our DIY Rentals division makes it easy for you to rent only the equipment you need, and operate it yourself.
