Sugar Space Arts Warehouse is available for arts and community events. Our space is the perfect place for Special Occasions, Business, Performances, Fundraisers, Birthday Parties for Kids and Adults, Celebration of Life Events, Quinceaneras, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Baptisms, Festivals, Open Mics, Outdoor Events and more. We have two buildings, a covered patio and a private lot that can work for a wide range of events. We have been designated as a cultural facility. We can be full service with lighting and decorating consultants who can provide decor and linens, specialty lighting effects and more. We also have a wide variety of performers, caterers, bands and DJ recommendations. You are also welcome to arrange everything yourself and handle your event from the ground up. Our downtown location has a large converted warehouse with 24' high ceilings and an occupancy of 350.
