I am an executive chef who over the years has opened many high end restaurants in the Winston-Salem area. I have a culinary degree from LTD Culinary School in Washington, DC and a quarter masters degree from Ft. Lee, VA. I specialize in traditional home cooked meals, as well as upscale dining. I am also an experienced ice sculptor. I see food as art. I am now looking to branch out on my own and build clientele as a four star caterer at a two star price.
