Set on five scenic acres, the Willamette Heritage Center offers a one-of-a-kind experience. This unique museum features a millrace stream and 14 historic buildings, all of which are recognized on the National Register of Historic Places. By renting our facility, you are helping to fund the preservation of our irreplaceable historic collections, buildings, and grounds for future generations.

The Spinning Room provides comfortable capacity for groups of up to 250, with a footprint of 6,384 square feet. Located on the 3rd floor of the historic Thomas Kay Woolen Mill (1896), beautiful views of the grounds are seen from the venue. The space is air-conditioned and has easy elevator access. The Spinning Room also has access to a kitchen. There is tremendous flexibility in layout and room usage. Included with your Venue: 5’ round tables, 6’ rectangle tables, white folding chairs Stage (up to 24’ x 8’ in size) Sound system Microphones Mounted projector and projector screens Two portable bars Ladders and extension cords String lights pre-hung

Available for use between mid-June through October, our Lawn is an excellent space for corporate picnics or wedding ceremonies. Our outdoor wedding option provides you the opportunity to have your choice of either the Jason Lee House, the oldest frame structure still standing in the Pacific Northwest, or the Pleasant Grove Church, built in 1858, as the background for your ceremony. Cute venue - An Eventective User

Such a cute venue, used for baby shower and it fit our woodlands theme perfectly

Wonderful! - An Eventective User

I needed a room to host 15 people on really short notice. We had planned a memorial picnic and then a heat wave came, so we wanted to be indoors. I had a response overnight in a holiday week and by mid-day the next day had a room arranged. The room was just great, we were able to bring the food we had already lined up, and the venue had even placed signs around the property so we knew where to go. I couldn't be more impressed with how Eventective and Willamette Heritage Center worked out. Thanks to Heather Ritchie for friendly, efficient correspondence and help!
