As a Day of Coordinator: My services include 10-12 hours for couples who have planned their wedding with guests of 75 or fewer and who have hired their vendors. I will be the go-to person between vendors, guests, and families. On your beautiful day, I will be at your chosen location, caring for every aspect behind the scenes. 6 Weeks Before the Wedding Date Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding details, tasks, vendors, etc. Unlimited Email and Phone support Wedding planning checklists and guidance Collaboratively create a timeline and schedule of events for the wedding day. Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided. Review vendor contracts and provide guidance. Review all elaborate ceremonies, wedding parties, and wedding management forms with the couple. Review and confirmation of rental orders Review and update all wedding details with the couple. Contact and verify all vendor arrival times, email your timeline, confirm vendor-specific needs, and correct pre and onsite contact information. Contact Officiant - review & copy of wedding ceremony.
