We offer Wedding Day Coordination for those couples who have planned their wedding for guests of 75 or fewer. We provide the onsite experience that couples need to ensure their beautiful day is effortless and memorable. I am providing a liaison between vendors, guests, and families. On your beautiful day, I will be on-site taking care of every aspect behind the scenes. We will also gracefully resolve any issues that may appear. 6 Weeks Before the Wedding Date Pre-wedding consulting meetings to discuss wedding details, tasks, vendors, etc. Unlimited Email and Phone support Wedding planning checklists and guidance Collaboratively create a timeline and schedule of events for the wedding day. Confirm vendor responsibilities and services to be provided. Review vendor contracts and provide guidance. Review all elaborate ceremonies, wedding parties, and wedding management forms with the couple. Review and confirmation of rental orders Assistance with the seating chart and table placement Review and update all wedding details with the couple. Contact and verify all vendor arrival times, email your timeline, confirm vendor-specific needs, and correct pre and onsite contact information. Contact Officiant - review & copy of wedding ceremony.
