Cabbage Key is our unique venue accommodating 20 – 35 guests. Located on the first floor, It opens out to the plaza courtyard. The room has an industrial design but is softened by two hand etched back lit glass murals. Cabbage Key is a perfect venue for a small intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, birthday party or indoor wedding ceremony for up to 50 guests. We offer options of plated sit down dinners, cocktail parties with heavy hors d’oeuvres , appetizers and dessert stations and a wine and charcuterie station.
Supported Layouts and Capacities
Long Key Venue is our largest venue and accommodates up to 150 guests. It is located on the second floor of the plaza and has both stairs and elevator access. It has picture windows with a water view of the intracoastal waterway. The downstairs has a large foyer entrance area that opens up to the plaza courtyard It has a large wrap around bar and large dance floor area. It has pipe and drape, up lighting and swag draping over the dance floor. We offer three entree buffets, cocktail parties with heavy hors d’oeuvres and wine and charcuterie stations. It is perfect venue for a large wedding, class reunion or just a fun party

Pine Key Venue is our second largest venue, located on the first floor and opens out to the plaza courtyard. It accommodates up to 80 guests with a beautiful bar area, large dance floor, up lighting and pipe and drape. Pine Key is the perfect venue for a beautiful wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, family reunion, birthday or anniversary party. Either the courtyard or Cabbage Key can be incorporated in the package for a wedding ceremony. We offer three entree buffets, cocktail parties with heavy hors d’oeuvres and wine and charcuterie stations.

My wedding was incredible, from ceremony to reception Vickie and Deb did everything I could have dreamt! My husband and I paid out of pocket for our wedding and Bayside Banquets gave us the chance to have the wedding of our dreams and walk away without lingering debt. Very beautiful, very affordable and the food was raved about my even the pickiest of guest!
50th Wedding Anniversary Appetizers and cocktails, with bartender for 1 hour then Buffet Dinner, which was delicious. Champagne Toast Complimentary cake cutting Utilized Bluetooth speakers with our playlist. Banquet Manager Tom Grimes made sure everything was first class. Highly recommend.
Bayside banquets exceeded my expectations. The decor was beautiful and the food and service was excellent. I will be booking future events with them.
I contacted Bayside Banquets on 05/09/16 and spoke to the Banquet Sales/Manager Vickie. I told her that I was getting married on Pass-a-Grill Beach in St.Pete, FL on 05/29/16. I told her I needed a venue for my wedding reception. She was soooo helpful and made me feel confident in knowing that she and her staff would be able to take care of everything from the decorations, food & drinks. I got married on Pass a Grill Beach and 22nd Ave and the Venue was located about 5 min down the street from the Beach!!!! It was perfect!!!! When we arrived...the appetizers were hot and delicious, the dinner was AMAZING!!!!!! The drinks were AWESOME!!!!!! And the most important part was the cost for everything was very affordable!!!!! I was sooo very pleased and happy with how everything turned out. Again!!!! Special Thanks to Vickie, Debbie, food/bar service staff. You all helped make my day special and stress FREE!!! I contacted Bayside banquets and I got to speak to a lady named Vickki and I told her I was celebrating my 50th birthday. I gave her my idea of how I would like it and they took care of the rest. The party was nice , Hall setup,ambience and where the DJ could setup were all on point. Everybody had a good time . Highly recommend. Thank you Vickki Danny and The owner of Bayside banquets. You guys came through. Oh!! and their burgers in the restaurant like butta as they say it melts in your mouth.

I honestly don't know where to begin to describe Deb and her staff. I have been sending e-mails and making phone calls for our wedding for close to 8 months. When we finally arrived to St. Pete for the week of our wedding we met with her & she put all of my fears to rest. You never really know what to expect when planning a wedding reception and rehearsal dinner from a distance. Deb put all my anxiety in her own hands. She was professional, precise, helped with menu selections and made recommendations to help us with our menu. Our rehearsal dinner menu was in our budget thanks to Deb's help. Our reception was over the charts!!! She decorated the hall perfectly to our color scheme and theme. The wait staff was prompt and just as professional as Deb! The value that you get when selecting Bayside Banquets to do your reception is one that can't be beat! We still have our guest raving about the food! We have now made St. Pete our second home!!!
My husband and I were married in this very room among 100 family and friends in Dec 2009. It was very sweet and wonderful. Everything was accommodating for us. The owner Debbie set everything up, we were the second wedding they did in the space. We totally recommend it, the beach is a beautiful setting for pics after the wedding if you do it early enough in the day.
When my fiance and I decided to make plans for our wedding we knew that we wanted to get married on the beach so we started looking for venues in the St.Pete Bch area. We cam across this banquet hall and couldnt believe everything they offered for their price. The place is supper cute, and they take care of all the decorating, dance floor, ect. It is a no worry place to reserve for your next event. Debbie the owner/coordinator was great and very helpful with everything and every question I had. I would truly recomend this venue to anyone for any type of event.

I couldnt believe the information that they had provided as far as an all inclusive package, from catering it, dance floor, linens, ect. So I decided to call and get the facts and sure enough, just like what I had just read. I had spoke to Debbie the coordinator/owner and she was very helpful to all my questions through out the process of the upcoming event. The place is supper cute, very nicely decorated, food is great and the location coulnt be better. Everything was walking distance, from the hotel to the ceremony site. I totally recommend this venue to anyone that will be planning for any type of accasion, as they will accomodate reunions, b-days,ect.
We had a banquet for 75 of our family as part of our (every three years) reunion. The owner was so accommodating and the service was wonderful. The food was delicious, even satisfying my very picky Italian/Greek son-in-law. The staff even picked up a sheet cake we had ordered from a local baker for us so we didn't have to transport it. The decor was so pretty. I have no reservations in recommending this for any event you may be planning.
