Included with Room Rental Fee: ? Fees are based on space needed and hours of the event ? Event Coordinating (Showings, room arrangements, bookings) ? Use of space one hour prior to the event for set up ? Setup/teardown. We will set up: Bar, Tables, Chairs, Tablecloths, Water Station, Audio Equipment***, Projection Equipment***. ? You are only responsible for setup and clean-up of items you brought ? Access to catering menu and ordering assistance ? Dedicated staff: server/bartender for the duration of the event ? Use of existing tables & chairs ? Red tablecloths in the Hayloft or Barrel Room depending on room setup and registration/buffet tables ? Complimentary Parking ? Complimentary Clean-Up
