Terms and Conditions

Each bar option listed requires a complete bar set-up. Off-premise events include a setup with ice, fruit garnishes, soda pop, bottled water, juices, mixers, beverage napkins, stirrer sticks, and plastic glassware. All events are subject to a minimum sales guarantee of $500.00 per bar during week-days and $800.00 per bar weekends. If this minimum is not met, the client will be billed for the difference. Minimum of 50 guests for each event. A bartender fee of $18.00 per hour applies to all events. Two and a half hours will be added to the event time for set up and clean up for each bartender. One bartender per 100 guests. All bar packages are subject to a 10% service charge and 10.125% Minnesota liquor sales tax.
