The University of Missouri-St. Louis’ Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center offers two theaters that allow for great intimacy between the artist and the audience. Designed by the acclaimed architectural firm of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, the Center houses the 1,625-seat Anheuser-Busch Performance Hall and the 300-seat E. Desmond and Mary Ann Lee Theater.
The Anheuser-Busch Performance Hall, with its warm European opera house feel, seats up to 1,625 – the only performance space of its size in St. Louis.
The Lee Theater – a marvelously flexible black-box-like theater space – allows even closer interaction between audience and performer.
The flexibility of the two theaters allows the Touhill and its partners to bring a wide range of performing arts to this facility, and make it the ultimate teaching and learning experience for faculty, students, and the community.
The Oakland House is a completely restored mansion built in 1853 by Louis A. Benoist, a pioneer banker. The house is owned and maintained by the Affton Historical Society whose 'Brick and Mortar' gang did the restoration starting back in the 1970s.
The Oakland House is available for weddings, receptions, parties, luncheons, etc.
Andre’s West is set in the bluffs of old historic downtown Fenton, Missouri. The Grand Ballroom is neutrally decorated with charming décor highlighted by soft lighting and enhanced by contemporary LED up-lighting in the ballroom. The beautiful wooden hand crafted bar and hardwood flooring add to an overall classic feel and are complimented by the thirty foot high tin ceiling. Andre’s West Banquets and Catering also features a balcony overlooking the entire ballroom that offers a unique opportunity to photograph your reception from twenty feet above the ballroom. Pezold Banquet & Meeting Center has been serving the Cottleville and St. Charles County community for 25+ years. We’re proud to offer three separate rental options. Need more space? Reserve either the Pezold or the Columbus rooms. Both rooms boast of a full-service solid oak bar, beautiful chandelier lighting, a parquet dance floor and carpeted main surface, and can hold 150 people. Want even more space? Remove the fully sound-proof wall dividing the Pezold and Columbus rooms for our McGiveny Hall, capable of seating 350. When the full hall is chosen your event will enjoy an expansive dance floor, two bartenders, and two food service lines.

The HIVE44’s Event Center offers 2,000 square feet of top-notch space for conferences and personal events. With seating accommodations for up to 120 people, depending on the seating arrangements, newly built with beautiful hardwood floors, carpeted stage, and podium, this is the perfect backdrop for any type of event or personal occasion. The HIVE44’s new event center provides clients with, plenty free parking; Wi-Fi, and projection equipment. Rental Rates $75.00-$125.00/hr depending on day of week and time of day.
Clients can take advantage of a multi-purpose room decked with, sound system, ambient lighting, and kitchenette. In addition, the facility boasts a complete training room. Clients can choose to hire a caterer or self-cater their event, and alcohol service is permitted at The HIVE44’s meeting facility upon approval.
