These rooms are also located on the first floor. Haws Center A can be combined with Haws Center B to make one large room totaling 31,620 square feet; or Haws A, Haws B, and Haws C can be combined together as one large room totaling over 57,000 square feet. Additionally each room can be rented separately or divided in half.
Depending on the type of room setup, Terry Haws Center A can seat 800 to 1,800 people, Terry Haws Center B can seat 800 to 2,000 people, and Terry Haws Center C can seat 1,400 to 3,000 people. None of the rooms has windows. Terry Haws Center A and B do not have weight restrictions. Terry Haws Center C has a weight restriction of 125 pounds per square foot.

It seats anywhere from 700 to 1,800 people depending on the room setup as determined by the type of event. The room can be divided and rented as half a room. Glenn Carlson Hall has no windows. The room has a weight restriction of 125 pounds per square foot (for large vehicles).

This suite is located on the second floor of River's Edge. It is approximately 4,283 square feet and can seat 240 to 500 people based on room setup. The suite also breaks down into five smaller rooms (Coborn Room; Helgeson Room; Metzroth Room; Marsh Room and Fandel Room). Herberger can be rented as one suite or in any combination of the five rooms depending on event needs. The suite is best utilized as meeting space or a small social event, such as a wedding or a wedding reception.
The suite has an entire wall of windows allowing a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The suite was named after G. Robert Herberger, the founder of Herberger's department stores formerly located in the upper Midwest.

This suite is located on the first floor of River's Edge. It is approximately 3,884 square feet and can seat 160 to 325 people comfortably based on room setup. The suite breaks down into five smaller rooms (Bell Room; Alexander Room; Weidner Room; Clarke Room; and Edelbrock Room). The suite can be rented as a single room or in any combination of the five smaller rooms. The suite is best suited for meeting space or a small social event, such as a retirement party.
The suite has a view of the Mississippi from the hallway just outside it. The suite was named after St. Cloud Opportunities, Inc, a nonprofit developer of industrial and business parks.

This suite is located on the second floor. It is approximately 3,120 square feet and seats 160 to 350 people depending on room setup. The suite breaks down into four smaller rooms (Swisshelm Room, Whitney Room, Mitchell Room and Schilplin Room). Again the suite can be rented as one room or in any combination of the four smaller rooms. The suite is best utilized as meeting space or social events.
A view of the Mississippi River is available from the suite. Stockinger Suite is named after Ed Stockinger who was the former owner of the Stockinger Company and was a very active member of many civic and charitable organizations.

This suite is located on the second floor of River's Edge. It is approximately 1,320 square feet and seats 64 to 140 people based on room setup. The suite breaks down into two smaller rooms (First American Room and Thielman Room). As with the other suites, Wilson can be rented as one suite or each room individually. Small social events and meetings are most often booked into the Wilson Suite.
There are no windows in this suite, but the Mississippi River can be observed from the hallway just outside its doors. The suite is named after John L. Wilson, founder of St. Cloud.
