Price Package Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering our venue for your special event. Below are the specifics of our pricing package, payment terms, and policies:
Cancellation Policy:
A 30-day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. Rescheduling must be requested at least 14 days in advance.
Payment Methods:
We accept the following methods of payment for the balance of the package:
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
Check (Payable to [Venue Name])
Invoice (Online payments available through our secure portal)
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Payment Due Date:
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event date.
Special Offers & Discounts:
Early Bird Discount: Book your event at least 6 months in advance and receive 10% off your total package.
Referral Program: Refer a friend or colleague who books an event and receive a $100 credit towards your event.
