The Magnolia Room is situated at the Oldest City's most historic property, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park. The Park features 15 acres, making it a great space for weddings, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, corporate meetings, brunches, & other special occasions. This venue is not just a Park, it is an experience. Since 1868, we have welcomed millions of eager guests down picturesque Magnolia Avenue to experience the magic that resides in this special place. We now welcome you to experience our magic on a much more intimate level.
The property offers views of the St. Augustine Inlet and bayfront. The Magnolia Room is a 2,500 square foot enclosed event space, with retractable bay doors opening to two open-air patios, adding an additional 2,800 square feet for additional guest seating or a dance floor. There is a private bridal sitting room/dressing area & a caterers' prep kitchen inside.
The Magnolia Room accommodates 150 seated or 300 standing guests. We also allow third party rentals to bring in tents for the patios. When you book the Magnolia Room, you and your guests will get private access to fully personalize your event.
