A main dining room seats 100, with an additional 120 seats in the Golden Eagle Room with 40 more seats in the Golden Eagle Salon. Renowned for its outdoor dining, The Firehouse can seat up to 300 in a courtyard that can also be adapted for weddings, receptions, dancing, social events or business gatherings. Two wine cellar rooms offer more intimate spaces for private dining, seating 16 and 40, respectively. The Firehouse is named in Zagat “America’s Top Restaurants 2009”. Fodor’s Choice award. A birthday to remember, An Eventective User from Oakland, CA

We had a great birthday party here. I instantly fell in love with the 7th floor terrace, the view of the Capitol, the eclectic rooms, and the convenience that all our guests can stay and not travel the night of our wedding. When the whole thing is said and done, we have many wonderful things to say about our experience. We worked well and highly recommend working with Joe and Melissa. It's such a long process from beginning to end that there were some hiccups here and there. For the most part, all concerns did get addressed and we were pleased with the results. You can not go wrong with the food from the hotel even plated for 110 guests. It was a huge selling point as well the local and organic meals that are succulent and all of our guests raved about the food and appetizers. We stayed both Friday and Saturday and the party spent Saturday enjoying plenty of room getting ready and relaxing out on the balcony that overlooked the Capitol. It truly was an incredible way to get ready with plenty of space for photo's and entertaining prior to the birthday party. We love that you can dance until 11pm, which is unique because a lot of other venues we looked at shuts the party down at 10pm. Everything was held on the 7th floor and we danced the rest of the evening. We hosted a brunch the next day and the staff moved all our flowers and set them back up the next morning to enjoy our flowers yet another day. They had all our extra favors and decor packed up and ready for me to take. It was a beautiful day and we thank everyone there for helping us make my birthday so wonderful.
