This package is specifically for the event venue. Choose from our custom on-site catering packages or bring an outside caterer/chef of your choosing. Outside caterers welcome (fee for use of kitchen facility). Bar packages/options available on-site.
All services and fees are subject to an 8% NYS sales tax. Food and beverage service is subject to an additional 20% gratuity.
Upon Booking:
• A $1,000 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and signed contract will secure your wedding date.
• A second payment of 50% based on estimated number of guests due 6-months prior to event.
• Final balance is due 6-weeks prior to event based on final headcount. This count is not subject to reduction. You will be responsible for 100% of your final headcount or the actual number of guests served if greater than final headcount.
• Cancellation of an event within 14-days or less will result in 100% forfeiture of all monies paid.
• Cancellation of an event 15-days or more from booked date, Plattekill will return all funds minus a $2,500 cancellation fee (which includes initial $1000 deposit).
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.
• All weddings are 5-hours long, beginning with cocktail hour, followed by a 4-hour reception. Additional hours may be purchased.
• 50-person minimum on wedding packages.
Choose from Beer & Wine only, Full Open Bar, or Premium Open Bar. All Open Bar packages include a champagne toast (champagne, glasses, and pour).
Pricing is based on 5-hours of alcohol service, billed on a full headcount of any guest over 21-years-old, regardless of alcohol consumption.
No shots served during weddings.
