Booking Deposit Terms
To keep things simple and stress-free, here’s how our booking process works:
To Reserve Your Date: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
Remaining Balance: The final balance is due 7 days before your event.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel more than 14 days in advance, we’re happy to apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking within 6 months (based on availability).
Date Changes: Life happens! We’ll gladly accommodate one date change with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Your booking isn’t confirmed until we receive your deposit and signed rental agreement.
