Events with 70 or more guests will be added $200 to full-day rate. Full payment is required at time of reservation to hold preferred date/time in addition to $150 refundable Damage Deposit. Non-payment will result in cancellation of reservation. Space must be cleaned and vacated by 11 PM per City Ordinance.
