The Machaven, located in downtown Rocky Mount, is the perfect venue for events large or small. Guest Count: The Machaven like many homes of its era is composed of smaller rooms. If you wish to host an event with more than 75 guests, please note you will not be able to have them all within one room. The Machaven can accommodate larger parties but not within a single space. For larger events that require all the guests to be within one space we recommend using The Machaven in conjunction with a tent rental. We're happy to discuss options so please reach out to discuss whether The Machaven can meet your needs.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation.
A refundable security deposit of $300 and the balance owed are due 90 days before the event.
