The Grand Ballroom has barrel shaped 25’high ceilings with a hardwood floor, and picture windows on both East and West side, abs well as picture windows on the North side in the bar/dinner area.
The price of the Grand Ballroom: $ 1,000. You get it for the week.
The Commercial Club rooms on the 2nd floor is at $100.00 an hour.
This includes tables and chairs set up. The chairs have white seat covers.
Minimum number of guests for the Ballroom: 115.
Maximum number of guests for the Ballroom: 450
All the tables are round for the guests and oblong for the bridal table and dinner.
The round tables are 60” rounds so they seat upto 10 per table.
It is up to you how many tables you want to put and how you want to have them arranged.
However, you can have all the guests plus a dance floor in the Ballroom, with the bar in the adjacent room where dinner is served.
You can begin decorating from Tuesday onwards.
You need to bring in your own food.
If you drink liquor, you need to bring your own liquor and any other beverages. This will save you a lot of money.
Only important detail: you cannot sell any liquor. It is as if you were having a private party in your own home.
You may rent the kitchen at an additional cost. Price list is enclosed for other items available for rental.
