Catering Policy: All food and beverages must be provided by The Rô on Oak to ensure quality and compliance. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Outside food catering may be permitted upon management approva.
Additional Features
Setup and Decor: Includes tables, chairs, linens, and basic decor. Guests may bring additional decorations (excluding glitter, confetti, or wall hangings). Our team can assist with light setup and cleanup.
Audiovisual: Bluetooth speaker system and microphone rental available for music or speeches.
Pricing: Varies based on guest count, food/beverage choices, event duration, and date. Typical events for 30–50 guests range from $1,500–$3,000 in food and beverage minimums. A personalized quote will be provided after consultation.
Deposit: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required, applicable to the total minimum spend. A Credit Card Authorization form is also needed for cancellations within 48 hours (50% of Food & Beverage Minimum plus 8.25% sales tax) and to cover any outstanding balance at event close.
