It was well worth the wait since he is extremely busy because he performs almost all the Civil Ceremonies in the Roanoke area because other Officiants don't do what is required and charge ridiculous fees! Two of my friends met an Officiant who simply signed the license without performing the required ceremony, and my sister and her husband had an Officiant who rushed thru a one minute ceremony and only allowed a handful of guests.
