Our property offers 10 versatile meeting rooms, ranging from 250 to 3,580 square feet, each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provide an abundance of natural light. Our largest room can host up to 160 guests. Several meeting spaces also feature pocket doors that open directly to outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor settings throughout the day.
Our Event Department expertly manages every aspect of your event, from audiovisual rentals to on-site catering services proudly prepared by Chop Steakhouse & Bar. We offer a variety of upscale food and beverage selections, and our Chef is pleased to customize menus to fit your budget and accommodate any dietary requirements, including vegan, gluten-free, and halal options.
All meeting room rentals include full setup and teardown, dedicated event staff, complimentary water service, and high-speed internet. Additionally, guests enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from YVR Airport, free overnight parking for hotel guests, and full access to Club 16 Fitness.
