We accept payments via credit card, check, or cash . Payment Deadline: Full payment is due immediately following the completion of the event. Any outstanding balance must be settled before departure. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by Client: 30+ days before the event: The deposit is refundable. 14-29 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable. 7 days or less before the event: Full event cost will be due. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event we must cancel, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, we will work to reschedule or offer a full refund. Special Offers & Discounts: 10% discount for repeat clients.
