Terms and Conditions

Rental Fee: The base rental fee for the event space is $2000. This fee covers the use of the venue for the specified event date and duration. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure the reservation. Additional Services: Chairs and Tables: Additional fees apply for the provision of chairs and tables based on the event's guest count. Food Catering: Catering services are available at an extra cost per person. Menu options and pricing will be provided upon request. DJ Services: The fee for DJ services depends on the event duration and specific requirements. Bar Services: Beverage packages are available, and the pricing varies depending on the selection of drinks and duration of service. Events Coordinator: An optional events coordinator can be hired at an hourly rate to assist with event logistics and coordination. Wedding Planner: For weddings, a wedding planner can be engaged at a separate fee to help plan and execute the wedding celebration. Booking and Payment: A signed contract and the required deposit are necessary to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee, along with any chosen additional services, must be paid 15 days before the event date. Payments can be made via debit/ credit card/ cash/ paypal/ wire transfer, and all charges are subject to applicable taxes. Cancellation and Refunds: The initial deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Cancellation 30 days before the event date will result in 25% of the total fees being charged. Cancellation within 15 days of the event date will result in the full payment of the rental fee and any additional services. Damages and Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required prior to the event to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning. The security deposit will be returned to the client within 7 days after the event, pending a satisfactory inspection of the event space. Liability and Insurance: The client is responsible for obtaining liability insurance for the event and providing a certificate of insurance to the event space. The event space is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during the event. Restrictions and Regulations: Clients must adhere to all local laws, regulations, and venue policies during the event. The event space reserves the right to restrict certain activities or decor that may pose a safety risk or violate policies. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the client acknowledges and accepts the pricing and services provided by the event space.
