Terms and Conditions

Payment: -The Client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer of $200.00 - $700 depending on package price. This payment is due and payable when the contract is signed. -The remaining payment will be due three weeks prior to the event. -Payments can be made via cash delivery, wire transfer or credit card payment via PayPal. Payment information will be provided by A Paradigm Shift Event. Contact us for a full copy of the terms and conditions. Cancellation: -Cancellation by the client: In the event of a cancellation, refunds are limited to unearned fees. Retainers are non-refundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation. -Cancellation by A Paradigm Shift Event: Should A Paradigm Shift Event be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of a event, due to the event planner illness or hospitalization, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute Event Planner. -A Paradigm Shift Event is not responsible for any events preventing the event to occur, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
